If you have submitted your report in the last 5 days, you may unlock it in order to modify it. To proceed, please follow the steps below.
- Go to declaration.eeq.ca and log in to your user account.
- Once connected, click on the "Reports" tab.
- Then, go in the "Submitted reports" section.
- Click on the arrow next to your report, then click on "Unlock".
- You will be redirected to a form. Once filed out, please click on "Submit".
- If your request is made within 5 days following the submission of your report, it will be automatically unlocked and you will be able to access it in your active reports. After this period, an authorization from Éco Entreprises Québec is required and you will be contacted by e-mail as soon as a decision has been made.
